Design Notes
During design we had to account for differing strengths of RBS in either fluorescent protein gene, since we wanted both genes to be expressed equally. We also had to modify the bistable switch from lambda so that it was less cumbersome.
Source
AcGFP and dsRED are commercial genes with commercial sequences. The lambda sequence was obtained from literature.
